Carissa meets Timothy for Dinner

Carissa- "Hello Timothy."

Timothy- "Hello Carissa.  It's nice to finally meet you in person."

Carissa- "You too."

Timothy- "Here have a seat."

Carissa- "Thank you."

Not too long after taking their seats, their meals are served.

There hasn't been a lot of conversation between the two.

... Silence ...

Carissa- "So, do you come here often?"

Timothy- "Not as much anymore."
Carissa- "Too much eating out, huh?"

Timothy- "No, it just reminds me of my ex."
Carissa- "Oh, oookay."

Timothy- "We use to come here for dinner every Friday."
Carissa- "Oh."

Timothy- "She left me..."

Carissa grabs her wine and starts to sip on it.

Timothy- "I should have never asked her to marry me..."

Carissa- "I think I'm going to need another drink."

Timothy- "I'm sorry.  This is inappropriate."
Carissa- "Oh no, it's fine."

Timothy- "She loved this place."

Carissa- "Well, the food is great."

... Silence ...

...  More Silence ...

Carissa- "Thanks for dinner, but I think I should get on home.  I have to be up early tomorrow."

Timothy- "How about your dinner?"

Carissa- "It was delicious."

Timothy- "No, your half?"
Carissa- "Really?!"

Timothy- "It's only fair."

Carissa- *laughs* "You have got to be kidding me."

She drops her money on the table and leaves the restaurant with Timothy still sitting there.

  1. Timothy has a lot of nerve. I would have threw the wine glass at him. LOL

  3. Unfortunately, like so many of the dates I have had in the past -- that's why I don't bother dating anymore!

  4. What nerve! Hmph, its a good thing they didn't go any further, because having a relationship with someone still emotionally attached to their ex sucks!

    1. It's miserable! I'm so happy Carissa wasn't desperate enough to take it there. This guy isn't worth her time.

  5. Poor Carissa. She should have just walked out and not paid half at all after his attitude. Hopefully she'll find someone better for her next try.

    1. I agree, she should have walked out and left him with the bill. I just hope she stays optimistic.

  7. Hello from Spain: Carissa wearing a perfect dress for the event. I feel that the event was an absolute disaster. Poor Carissa ... Timothy is not a gentleman. Keep in touch

    1. Carissa was hoping for a different outcome, too bad Timothy turned out to be a complete jerk. The dress is from the Stardoll line. Thanks Marta

  9. If I were Carissa, I'd tell that Timothy he can call us even. Carissa got a meal while he clearly used her evening to talk about his last relationship. I think next time, he should call a hotline and speak with a counselor rather than going out on blind dates.

    Great episode.

    1. My thoughts exactly! He straight up used her and didn't even care enough to pay for her meal. He would have paid for that dinner. Thanks Tracy

  11. Poeople like him really really frustrate me!
Why go on a date with a woman when you clearly know you aren't over your ex? And ruin someone's evening and shatter their self-esteem.
And asking a woman to pay for her meal on a date? Rude. Even if she offers to split the check, say "I got it". Grrrrr.
By the looks of it, chivalry is dead. At least within Timothy.

    1. I agree, he should have never went on this date and led her on. Timothy was a complete waste of time! Carissa could have stayed in bed.

  13. Wow! He is rude the entire dinner and ignores her, and then proceeds to make her pay half the bill? I would have been pissed, and agree about throwing the wine in his face! Haha!

  14. She should have had more drinks and then threw up on him and left - without paying! At this rate getting a puppy for company might not be a bad idea.

  15. Timothy is... uhm... quite an a$$ 0_0 She should have just told him that dinner was the price of her having to listen to him talk about another woman all night.

    Oye!

  16. Great episode Adrian!

Your blog was no longer showing up as one of my blog list. I am not sure what happened. Now, I have to catch up from when I last visited. I believe it was last year.
