Halle and Dean's new wedding planner has worked three years as an assistant at one of the top wedding planning services in New York City. She was then promoted to be a full time professional wedding planner and made partner within a six year span. So, I think Halle and Dean are pretty confident with their new hire!
After a few phone calls, she was finally able to meet with them at Halle's boutique.

Towards the end of the meeting she recommended that they start figuring out their wedding date, set a budget, determine the number of guests they'll be having, have their engagement pictures taken and for Halle to start looking for a wedding dress.
