Disney Princess Royal Vanity Set

Hey everyone, this is my most recent dollie purchase and I'm really loving the new items in the princess collection!

I fell in love with the tray instantly!  It's a great size and multi usage.

 

 

Before trying it out with a few other items, I used it for it's obvious reason; switching out the beauty products with some of my own.

 

 

I played around with it some more, setting up a breakfast buffet

 

and a décor piece for a coffee table.

 

Great accessory set at 6.99. :)

Eeeeek!! The Barbie 3 Story Dream House

So, I paid a visit to the thrift shop today and they did not disappoint.  I was super excited to find this doll house for only 7.98!  The house is in great condition, aside from a door missing.  But, who cares about a door, when the price is right?!!!  Not me!  Eeeeek!:D

I also found a few furniture pieces.  They were all bagged together for 4.99!  It included a sofa (I'll have to add some legs), two shelves...

A Boutique Makeover

Things at the boutique have been going pretty well.  So, when a business retired next door after forty wonderful years, Halle got excited with the idea of possibly expanding her shop.

 

After many negotiations with the owners, she was able to acquire the space and have the wall knocked out.

Quick Tip: Buttons Make Perfect Miniatures

When I spotted these scissor and wood buttons at Hancock Fabrics recently, I knew that they would be good for barbie doll scale.  The wood buttons were picked up to be used as bowls.

 

 

The fabric shops are a great place to look, since they have such a huge selection to choose from!
