Halle- "Is this your first time in New York?"

Ms. Alina- "Yes and I'm already in love!"

Belinda- "Speaking of love, Liv tells me you're newly married?"

Halle- *grin* "I am."

 

Belinda- "Well, congratulations sweetheart!"

Halle- "Thank you!"

Ms. Alina- "Kids anytime soon?!"

 

Naava- "That's a great question."

 

Halle- "Well, we're not in a hurry to have kids right now, maybe a little further down the road."

Lisa- "Alex, it's time to seriously start focusing on your career and getting yourself situated.  You're not getting any younger."

Alex- "Well, I guess this isn't the best time to ask for a loan."

Alicia- "What do you think?"

Mrs. Silverstein- "It's nice, however I'm not blown away if that's what you're asking."

Olivia- "How are you two doing over here?!"

Belinda- "Just fine!  This is the cutest little place, we'll have to come back to do some shopping before we leave town."

Ms. Alina- "I second that!  And we'll have to hit up one of those night clubs too!"

Belinda- "Oh boy, here we go."

Carissa- "Maybe I should try speed dating!"

Halle- "What ever happened with your blind date?"

 

Carissa- "Our schedules keep conflicting!  We may never have that dinner and that's too bad, he sounds like such a nice guy."

Melissa- "The girls are good.  How's Tony?"

Nicole- "He's okay, just been working.  Nothing new going on."

Dean- "It's nice to meet you, Tiffany."

Tiffany- "You too."

 Party Goer- "Oh my gosh!  This is so awesome, are you like hiring right now?"

Halle- "Not at the moment, but you can fill out an application and I'll keep it on file."

Talia- "You're a photographer?  That sounds like a fun job."

Keith- "Yeah, it is.  I've been doing it for over five years now."

Brandy watches from the distance.

 

Lisa- *smile* "So, are you being good to my daughter?"

Dean- "I would like to think so."

Cindy- "Alicia, thanks for reaching out to me.  I absolutely adore this shop!"

Alicia- "Of course!  Thanks so much for coming out."

Tiffany- "Have you met Halle's husband?"

Carra- "What a looker, huh?!  Was not expecting that!"

Many hours later, the party is coming to an end and most of the guests have left.

Halle- "I'm really happy that you came."

Melissa- "So am I, I had a great time."

Halle- "How about lunch this week?"

 

Melissa- "I would love that."

The party has now come to an end.

Dean- "Are you ready to go home?"

Halle- "Not just yet.  Still have to clean up, then we can go."

 

Dean- "We'll lend a hand."

Afternoon Shoe Shopping with Olivia & Halle

It's been a few days since Halle and Alex have spoken and Halle's still unsettled about the whole situation, so she vents to Olivia.

 

Olivia- "Halle, stop stressing!  Your sister will be fine."

 

Halle- "I'm sure, but I wish she'd understand it's not the best decision."

 

Olivia- "I hate to break this to you- people are gonna do what they wanna do.  Just be there for her when she needs you."

Halle- "She needs me now."

 

Olivia- "Whatcha gonna do?!  Go grab her out by her hair, take her to your place and chain her to the bed?"

 

Halle- *laughs* "Geeezzzz!"

Olivia- "That's assault and kidnapping.  And you don't want those type of charges.  Jail is not for you!  Or me for that matter."

 

They both laugh!

 

Halle- "You're right, I'll stop stressing about it."

Olivia- "Good for you.  Trust me, things will work themselves out."

 

Olivia turns to glance at the shoes.

 

Olivia- "Now, check out these babies!"

Halle- "Wow!  Those are nice!"

Olivia- "Aren't they?!"

 

Olivia flips the shoe over to check out the price.

 

Olivia- "Well, for only two hundred and thirty five dollars, they're yours."

 

Halle- "Goodness!"

Olivia- "I'm with you on that."

 

Halle stands up to give the shoe a closer look.

 

Hmmmmm....

Olivia tries one on.

Halle- "Love them."

Olivia- "And they're comfortable."

Olivia- "I think I'm gonna cough up the dough."

Halle- "Me too and the dough for these", pointing to her other two pairs.  "...Oh goodness."

 

Halle- "If Dean knew how much I spend on shoes, he'd be thanking his lucky stars that I kept working."

Olivia- "Girl, I hate to have to justify my purchases, men will never understand.  Although, it would be nice to have someone to come home to."

 

Halle- "So, are things still the same with Shawn?"

 

Olivia- "Yes, the thing is, I'm really falling for Landon.  But on the other hand, I feel like I'm cheating on Shawn."

Halle- "Why don't you ask him about your exclusivity?"

Olivia- "You know what, I'm gonna do that.  I'll be seeing him tonight for dinner and bring it up then."

 

The girls shopped a while longer, had lunch and said their good-byes.

The Ceremony is Getting Underway

The wedding guests are beginning to arrive and Carissa is standing as hostess to greet them!

 

 

 

 

Mason- "Well, what a pleasant surprise."

Melissa- "Hello Mason."

Mason- "It's nice to see you out of the office."

Melissa- "You too."

 

 

Mason- "I guess I'll take this seat next to you."

Melissa- "Umm...I'm saving this seat."

Mason- "Wow, I'm having a high school flashback."

Melissa- *grin* "It's for my mother."

Mason- *grin* "In that case, I'll move."

 

 

Mason- "How about this one?"

Melissa- *smile* "That'll work."

 

 

Mason- "So, how've you been?"

Melissa- "Good and you?"

Mason- "Fantastic, even though I never did get that call."

Melissa- "Oh...I've just been..."

Mason- "Busy?"

Melissa- "Umm hmm"

Mason- *grin* "I figured.  That's okay, maybe your mom can give me some pointers."

 

 

Sarisha- *giggle* "Mason is back there trying to mack."

Imari- *laughs* "I'm pulling for em'."

 

Sarisha- "I can give him a few pointers."

 

Mason- *laughs* "Uh...I can hear you guys."

 

Sarisha and Imari both laugh.

 

Mason- "I hope I'm not b..."

Melissa- *smile* "Let's see how tonight goes."
